The ?Work B**ch? songstress dressed up in a waitress uniform and waited on one of her loyal supporters James Colbourn at London?s Savoy Hotel, and he was thrilled to say the least.
Thanks to Colbourn?s sister Sadie, who nominated him for the surprise, James ?nearly fainted? when Spears showed up with his afternoon tea service, including cakes and beverages.
A show source shared, ?James is a massive Britney fan. He nearly faints when he spots Britney because he thinks the surprise is having afternoon tea at The Savoy and then Britney walks in with a tray of scones and he can't believe it. It was a lovely surprise, even if it was a little overwhelming for James.?
?Britney has been coming to the UK for years and loves all things British. Production staffers were stunned when she admitted she actually used to watch the show.?
As for why she nominated her brother, Sadie Colbourn explained, ?[He supported me] every step of the way [with my twins who have cerebral palsy]. He gave up his spare time and cared for the boys as if they were his own - I could not have done it without him.?
