A Judge Rules That Idaho?s Ban On Same-Sex Marriage Is Unconstitutional
Last weekend we learned the very happy news that a judge ruled that Arkansas’s ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional, which allowed same-sex couples to get married in the state. Today we learn that another judge ruled yesterday that Idaho’s ban on same-sex marriage is unconstitutional … bringing marriage equality to that state as week. [...]
