Gearing up for this year's ratings battle, "The X-Factor" released a preview for season 3 earlier this week.
This time around, Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland, and Paulina Rubio sit at the judges' table to see who has what it takes to be a star.
In the teaser, Simon insists "I'm now back in control," yet the female judges' antics prove otherwise as silliness and jokes at the harsh critic's expense are shown.
Check out the judges and a new crop of hopefuls in the video below. "The X-Factor" premieres on September 11th and 12th at 8:00pm ET on FOX.
