Alexis Neiers just can't seem to stay out of trouble. The Pretty Wild star, who is already on probation for breaking into Orlando Bloom's home, was arrested Wednesday for possession of black tar heroin.
The reality star was taken into custody after officers visited her home for a compliance check and found drugs and paraphernalia, according to L.A. County Probation Department spokeswoman Kerri Webb.
During the routine visit to the 19-year-old's home, police discovered "burnt foil that is common with heroin use," as well as a fraudulent driver's license from Florida.
It seems that Neiers has been pretty successful in keeping her drug use under wraps, as her rep Bob Mazza said his client seemed "fine" when he met with her Tuesday.
The aspiring model is a member of the so-called Bling Ring, and was released from jail in Julyafter serving 30 days of a 180-day sentence at the Century Regional Detention Facility.
Neiers is currently being held without bail on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and identity theft.
