Gwyneth Paltrow graces the cover of Viva magazine and talks about what it has been like for her balancing motherhood and her career. The face of Max Factor in a new ad campaign evoking iconic Hollywood stars she also speaks about her concept of beauty and talks about her fitness routine. After causing controversy on the topic previously, the 42-year old mother of two strikes a much different tone.
