It is the first look at the highly anticipated thriller directed by Kenneth Branagh. The highly anticipated movie marks Chris Pine’s first turn as Jack Ryan, who has previously been portrayed by Alec Baldwin, Harrison Ford, and Ben Affleck. As noted it was directed by Oscar-nominated director and actor Kenneth Branaugh (‘As You Like it,’ ‘The Magic Flute,’ ‘Thor’) who also costars in the movie. Additional costars include Keira Knightley, Kevin Costner and David Paymer. In an unfortunate coincidence, the release of the new trailer comes just two days after the untimely death of the legendary novelist Tom Clancey. The movie poster was released the day after his death. His Jack Ryan character and novels (‘The Hunt for Red October,’ ‘Patriot Games,’ etc.) had been brought to the big screen several times times.
