David Arquette Files For Divorce From Courteney Cox

There will be no reconciliation for David Arquette and Courteney Cox. He has filed divorce papers to end their marriage, sad. After being separated for about a year and a half David has decided to officially end his marriage to Courteney. The actor, who just had his bar mitzvah in Israel, is citing irreconcilable differences and is seeking joint custody of their 8-year old daughter Coco. In what is an interesting turn of events Arquette filed the papers today on what is the couple?s 13th wedding anniversary. Wowza talk about timing huh? US Weekly is reporting that the Scream 4 star is not seeking any kind of spousal support from his soon to be ex-wife and that David will be representing himself through the divorce. Yep as of now he has no plans to get an attorney, I don?t know how good of an idea that is but I guess only time will tell.
