Supernatural ?The Girl Next Door? Recap

Jensen?s Ackles second debut in the director?s chair aired tonight. Get the full recap of Supernatural?s latest episode entitled ?The Girl Next Door? below. Since first hearing the news that Jensen Ackles would be running the show once again, Supernatural?s episode ‘The Girl Next Door’ has been on my radar. With buzz dating back to the days of this year?s Comic Con, the episode was also a highly anticipated one because of Sam?s reunion with a long lost love played by actress Jewel Staite. Finally here, the Winchester?s have definitely made the wait well worth it. Giving us an episode that travels back in time with the young Sam, and a girl from his past, this latest installment was easily one of my favorites. It had all the makings of the old Supernatural, a little bit of the untarnished Sam with compassion and understanding, Dean taking the wheel and playing big brother, and Bobby bouncing back with a few jokes, and that “I don’t care attitude.” There was also a few new minor amusing story lines we haven’t seen before.
